RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchange are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best quality products, however we are happy to exchange or refund items.
We can only accept an exchange if item (s) are in it’s original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition/ packaging. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn,
Undamaged, all tags and packaging must be included with gold tie around the hair bundle untouched. If you want to exchange an item you will need to email our customer service for the return address and further information. We will NOT accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way.Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 7 days of the receipt for an exchange or refund.
• Only allowed 1 exchange per order.
• Only allowed to exchange within 7days of purchase
• A previously exchanged item cannot be exchanged again.
• Other Restrictions may apply.
The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full exchange credit as required.
Any Errors pertaining to your order should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Admin / Processing fees apply to returns and exchanges fee amount: £10-£20.
If the above points have not been met we reserve the right to return your original unit to you at your cost and you will be contacted via your preferred form of contact.
